From idea to AI in production.

Book a call

AI that works inside your product, tested before customers see it, with a bill you can predict. Built to EU rules. A written plan in three weeks.

The offers

We don't stop at the
demo.

AI put to work inside your product, tested before anyone sees it, on interfaces that move like this page. Engineers get agents, retrieval and evals. Everyone else gets outcomes in writing. Three offers, each ending in production or a written plan.

  • Agent orchestration
  • Evals and observability
  • Motion and interfaces
  • EU data and AI Act

Agents · retrieval · evals

Agents in production

AI that works every day, not once on stage: agents that act, answers from your documents, data out of messy files. Graded by evals before a customer sees it, traced so a wrong answer can be explained, with a cost you can read.

  • Agents that run real workflows
  • Answers from your own documents, with citations
  • Your existing product, made agentic
  • Evals, tracing, cost ceilings

Next.js · motion · AI layer

Products and interfaces

A first version you can raise on, or the AI layer inside the product you have. Motion that earns its place, like this page. In your repository from the first commit, tests and deploys from week one.

  • Idea to a first version you can raise on
  • Living interfaces, motion included
  • AI inside your existing product

Org · architecture · EU readiness

Advisory sprint

Two to three weeks on org, architecture, delivery or EU readiness. Interviews, a review of code and process, then a written plan with owners and a first 90 days.

  • Structure from first hire to 30 engineers
  • Architecture and performance unblocked
  • GDPR and EU AI Act obligations, mapped
  • A technical read before a round

What's on shift

Your system doesn't sleep.

Every system from offer 01 ships with parts like these. Each has a job, a shift and a cost. This is the engine room, technical on purpose. Click through them.

The way we work

Call. Plan. Ship.

The same three steps for every offer: scoped in a call, planned in writing, shipped in your repo with a demo every week.

  1. 01 · Call

    30 minutes

You describe the problem. We ask about your stack, your team and what has been tried. A written scope note follows.

  2. 02 · Plan

    Scope in writing

Price, timeline and risks in one document. Fixed price or retainer. Nothing starts before you have read it.

  3. 03 · Ship

    In your repo

A demo every week. Test results, the record of every answer and the invoice visible before you ask. A recorded handover at the end.

Scope in writing before any invoice. Everything else follows from that.

The promise

It survives

production.

Evals, traces and a cost ceiling ship in week one, not after the first incident. In plain words: graded before launch, explainable when wrong, a bill with a limit. All three in your repo before the first invoice.

Automated first read

Describe your problem in one sentence.

You get back what kind of problem it is, which offer fits, and a rough shape of the work. Written by a model, in about ten seconds. It is a first read, not advice.

Seven questions. Straight answers. 07 / Questions

  • Is our data safe?
Yes, and it stays in the EU. We work through your cloud, your database and your LLM provider keys, in EU regions, with access you can revoke in a minute. GDPR processing agreements are signed before any data moves, and the EU AI Act obligations for your use case are mapped in the scope note. Nothing is copied to our machines beyond what a developer needs to run the code locally.
  • Who owns the code and the prompts?
You do, including prompts, eval sets and infrastructure config. The repo is in your GitHub organisation from the first commit, so ownership is a fact before it is a clause. We keep only general tooling that contains nothing of yours.
  • What happens after launch?
You get a handover session, recorded, plus a runbook your team can follow at three in the morning. If you want us on call, that is a retainer with a stated response time, not a surprise. The aim is a system your team runs without us.
  • What does it cost?
Fixed price for scoped work, monthly retainer for ongoing work. An advisory sprint is a fixed fee. You get the figure in writing before the second call, and no invoice precedes a signed scope.
  • We are not technical. Does that matter?
No. You describe the problem in your words and we turn it into a scope you can read and sign. Every technical term in the plan comes with a plain-language line, every demo is shown rather than described, and you keep a running list of what was built and why. Your engineers, if you have them, get the repository. You get the plan.
  • Why not hire in-house?
You should, eventually, and part of our job is to leave a codebase and a plan a hire can step into. A senior AI team in the EU takes months to hire and more to ramp before it ships anything. We start once the scope note is signed and stop when you say so.
  • How do we start?
Book the 30-minute call. After it you get a written scope note saying fit or not. If it is a fit, you get a plan with a price, and work starts on a date you pick.

Thirty minutes. Bring the problem.
